Dr. Wilber joined St. Petersburg College as full-time professor in fall 2009. She has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida. Dr. Wilber completed her doctorate in finance in 2005 from the University of South Florida
