Mr. William White was born in St. Louis, Missouri.  He attended Culver-Stockton College, a Liberal Arts Christian College, in Canton, Missouri. He graduated in 1996 with a degree in History and Political Science. He moved to Florida with his wife so she could attend Stetson College of Law. He received his Master’s degree from the University of South Florida in 2009 in Modern American History.
