Welcome to St Petersburg College of Nursing Level III.

       Jeanne Siegel DNP, RN-BC, PCPNP-BC, FNP, APRN has 45 years of registered nursing experience in nursing practice and education. She became an RN after earning her Associate in Applied Science in Nursing (AAS)  from Mercer County Community College in 1978. She graduated with her BSN in 1984 and  MSN in 1991 from the University of South Florida. Dr. Siegel is an  ANCC board certified Pediatric Nurse since 1984 and Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner since 1992. Dr. Siegel holds a post-Master's certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Tampa 2001 and Doctorate in Nursing Practice from The University of Alabama in 2017.  The focus of her career has been pediatrics and families. During her nursing carreer she has worked in hospitals, doctor offices, community health centers, day and overnight summer camps, private duty, pool nursing and education.  Currently, Dr. Siegel is a Nursing Professor at St Petersburg College of Nursing.
Dr. Siegel is a member of the: American Nurses Association; Florida Nurses Association; National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP); Florida Gulf Coast Chapter of NAPNAP; West Coast Council of Advance Nursing Practice; ENP Network; Sigma Theta Tau, Golden Key,and Phi Kappa Phi.. She received the "Innovation Award" in 2017 from The University of Alabama for her DNP Capstone  "Promoting Parental Behaviors that Prevent Motor Vehicle Heatstroke".
