Hello! I'm Professor Paden. I teach ESL and Composition at St. Petersburg College. I graduated from SPC a couple decades ago, back when it was called St. Petersburg Junior College. Later I attended UF, where I earned my master's degree in linguistics and TESL. After that, I did some traveling and held a variety of interesting jobs until I landed very happily at SPC in 2008. 

When I'm not teaching, you'll find me hanging out with my family, dancing rueda de casino, listening to the Mindscape podcast, playing TTRPGs, or reading Terry Pratchett novels.
