I am enthusiastic about learning as well as sharing what we know.  I earned my masters in philosophy before I was 21 and pursued additional advanced (post masters degree) education in philosophy, logic, mathematics, and physics, particulary cosmology space-time physics earning a C.Ph..  I have owned businesses, taught in several universities, worked in centers for the advancement of applied ethics, philosophy departments, and have lectured in many countries on several subjects.  In addition to SPC applied ethics, and introduction to philosophy, My course materials in Applied Ethics and in Sports Ethics have experiences wide popularity in colleges and univestiies both in the U.S. England and other English speaking areas.  I have had the privledge of participating in, producing, directing and writing two video series focusing on applied ethics and philosophy.  I have consulted and taught seminars and workshops in business, government and educational institutions relating to real world ethics issues.  I continue my research in philosophy, particularly issues related to human cognition, evolution of information in space-time, and the evolution of complex systems such as our society and each of us.

My wife, Jan, and I love to travel, visit family, including our two children, their families and our gradchildren.  We have been lucky to be together from the beginning and are enjoying this part of out life.  We share our excitement about working hard and facing the challenges that life throws at us, but we especially like it when life is being nice to us.

It is a priviledge for me to spend time with students since I learn a lot from each of you.  This exchange helps me re-assess what I think I know. I thank you for that.
