My Teaching  Philosophy :-

My teaching philosophy can be best descibed by two words : Excellence and Engagement. Students learn best when they are engaged in the learning process and when they are encouraged to excel in the courses that they choose. The relationship between teacher and students is a key to good learning experience. I prepare my teaching material with care and enthusiasm and always look to improving my teaching abilities and knowledge in my field. I bring corporate world experience to teaching which is invaluable. I can guide the students much more effectively since lot of my teaching material is inspired by the real world sitation especially from corporate world. My objective as a teacher is to provide my students with the analytical and intellectual skills to tackle the real world challenges. It is very important to make a positive difference in the life of every student which can be achived in multiple ways including giving students the right to choose aspects of their learning activities and encouraging them to ask questions and participate in constructive discussion without fear of being judged. In the classroom, discussion should definitely be one of the main activies, whether it is a discussion on a book  or a discussion on a programming languaage, both will evoke thoughts. Good communication skills are also essential in the success of a student in school as well as once they enter the job market. Discussion is a great tool that is available to teachers because it helps a student to develop on so many levels.One of my main objective in the software engineering course  is to equip  students in all aspects of software development that inludes analysis, desgin, constructions, testing and deployment. Student should learn every aspect of prgramming in multiple cumputer languages which set the students on the path to become successful computer engineer.
