Brenda Jasper has over 19 years of nursing experience.  Dr. Jasper holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in nursing and she’s an Advanced Practice Nurse with a specialty in Women’s Health. Brenda is an alumni of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in Tallahassee, Florida, where she received both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees.  In 2014, Brenda received her PhD in Nursing Education from the University of South Florida.  Her clinical expertise is in community health nursing and women’s health.  Dr. Jasper has participated in research studies focused on decreasing health disparities and increasing knowledge of health care in minority women.  She has served on the Board of Directors for Calvary Community Clinic, which is located in Tampa, Florida, she is a McKnight Doctoral Fellow, a member of Sigma Theta Tau National Honors Nursing Society, The National League for Nursing, The Florida Chapter of the American Nurses Association, Chi Eta Phi Nursing Sorority and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
