Kelly Hallas is a native Floridian. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a BA in Sociology and a M.Ed. in Counseling Education. She completed her educational journey at the University of South Flordia earning her Ph.D in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Career and Workforce Education.
Kelly works as an adjunct professor in the Human Services Department as well as a high school counselor for Pinellas County Schools.
