I am very happy to join St. Petersburg College as an Academic Department Chair in the College of Computer & Information Technology. I have earned two Master degrees, one in Computer Science (2003) and one in Computational Engineering (2010). I taught undergraduate computer science courses for the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga for seven years, before relocating to Florida Keys Community College where I served as Department Chair of Computer Science for six years. I served as chapter advisor for the Rho Epsilon Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa and served as faculty mentor/advisor for the NASA Engineering Challenge, which provided students opportunities to become directly involved with NASA.
