Teaching an Online Course. Training for Faculty and Staff

This course provides faculty with additional knowledge and techniques to become a highly skilled online instructor. This is a two-week facilitated online course. The variety of assignments and activities in this course will give faculty an opportunity to learn how different it is to teach an online course versus a face-to-face course. Faculty will also learn how the management of an online course requires careful consideration, and the importance of this role for the student experience.  Whether you are brand new to online teaching, or have been teaching online for some time, the hope is that you will have gained new insights about teaching an online class.
