When not teaching, I work in the Department of Environmental Management of Pinellas County. I am responsible for conducting water quality analyses, as well as seagrass, benthic, and coastal vegetation monitoring. Prior to working with the County, I worked in the Coastal Wetlands lab at Fish and Wildlife Research Institute (FWC), where I was involved in mangrove, salt marsh, and oyster monitoring.
