Dr. Bob has been active in various fields of communication for more than 40 years.

Since 1997, he has been teaching adjunct at SPC and has taught at the Clearwater, Gibbs, Seminole, Downtown and Tarpon Springs campuses.

From 1996-2013, Dr. Bob was full-time professor of communication, teaching various communication subjects, including communication, debate, mass communication, journalism and theater at Clearwater Christian College, in Clearwater, Florida, where he chaired the Department of Communication Arts.

Though constantly learning from his students and colleagues, Dr. Bob finished his formal training in speech communication and theater at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. He is and has been a teacher, director, actor and playwright in theater, radio, and television.

His degrees are in speech communication, dramatic production, pastoral studies and Bible.

Dr. Bob was elected to the Clearwater City Council, Seat 3, in 2016. He held the seat until 2020.

He is a member of the Dramatists Guild, Inc., past president of the Clearwater chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution, a patriotic non-profit organization, and a member of the Gideons International.

Dr. Bob has recorded over 1000 commercial voiceovers in his career. He has a home studio where he auditions and records commerical voiceovers, audiobooksand other voiceover work.

In 2023 Dr. Bob was invited to join Marquis Who's Who.
