Dr. Gregory A. Buschman is a nationally recognized expert in creative leadership, organizational transformation, innovation process, and AI integration within the public sector. As co-founder of Strategic Leadership Development (SLD360), Dr. Buschman works closely with government and higher education institutions to develop scalable, future-ready leadership strategies that embrace emerging technologies and ethical AI use.
With more than three decades of experience spanning entrepreneurship, corporate marketing and IT leadership, as well as academia, Dr. Buschman blends strategic insight with real-world applications.
He began his career as a small business owner before rising to executive roles in the MarTech and FinTech industries, where he led enterprise software deployments. He helped shape global digital publishing quality standards serving on two American National Standards Institute (ANSI) sub-committees. Being certified in the LEGO® SERIOUS® PLAY, FourSight®, and Creative Problem-Solving facilitation methods, he provides training and hands-on workshops for thousands of business leaders, educators, and local governments. His focus on practical GenAI applications, prompt engineering, and productivity strategies through SLD360’s proprietary CRAFT-IT™ framework have helped hundreds save time, putting hours back into their work week.
He holds a Ph.D. in Creative Leadership for Innovation and Change, M.S. degrees in Information Systems and Marketing. His bestselling book, “I Think, You Think, We All Think Differently,” was ranked a top leadership read by the Nonprofit Leadership Center of Tampa Bay. Known for his dynamic, engaging style, Dr. Buschman brings clarity to complexity, helping SPC students better align their knowledge, skills, and abilities to bring value to the work place especially in a times of rapid change.
