Dr. Gregory A. Buschman, MSMKT, MSIS, Ph.D., stands as a beacon of creativity and innovation leadership. He inspires transformative change within corporate, higher education, and public governmental realms. With over two decades in regional and national corporate sales and marketing leadership roles, and a decade in higher education instruction, Dr. Buschman has carved out a distinguished path as a creativity and innovation leader, author, keynote speaker, professor, and an esteemed organizational development consultant. His impact reverberates through the lives of thousands, a testament to his career, literary contributions, and immersive training courses, aimed at fostering institutional change and nurturing leadership growth. His unwavering pursuit of excellence is underscored by numerous national and global achievement awards, emblematic of his drive for process innovation, business development, and creative leadership.

He has actively shaped the quality and assurance standards for the digital arts and publishing industry through his engagements with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). At the heart of Dr. Buschman's ethos lies a deep comprehension of the evolving tapestry of creative leadership, innovation, and change. Dr. Buschman and his wife Debbie have been married for 32 years and have four grown children and three grandchildren. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in accounting, dual Master of Science degrees—one in Information Systems and the other in Marketing—and a Doctor of Philosophy in Creative Leadership for Innovation and Change. He is currently completing a Bachelor of Arts in Theology, expected graduation 2024, and plans to grow his ability to serve others by building on his Mental Health and Life Coaching certifications.
