Dr. Buschman and his wife Debbie have been married for 32 years and have four grown children and three grandchildren. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in accounting, dual Master of Science degrees—one in Information Systems and the other in Marketing—and a Doctor of Philosophy in Creative Leadership for Innovation and Change. He is currently completing a Bachelor of Arts in Theology, expected graduation 2024, and plans to grow his ability to serve others by building on his Mental Health and Life Coaching certifications.
