 Teach theory to all levels of ADN nursing students
 Provide clinical experiences within the hospital setting for students as well as within a state of the art simulation lab
 Use diverse methods of teaching to meet the needs of all learning styles while helping students develop and strengthen critical thinking and

 Perform critical care air medical transports for patients of all ages, from neonates to adults-both domestic and international transports
 Screen, hire, and educate all medical staff, including physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists and paramedics
 Developed 16-hours DOT-approved Flight Physiology Course.  Presented this course throughout the country to physicians, nurses, respiratory
     therapists and paramedics
 Conduct annual orientation sessions for all personnel on staff.  Sessions included: Policy and Procedure compliance, Infection Control, ACLS
     and ATLS review, Aircraft Safety, Risk Management, Stress Management, HAZMAT, OSHA requirements
 Helped write self-study/application for and obtained national industry certification (CAMTS) for company
