Hi, my name is Geoff Brown. I am the retired Fire Marshal for the City of Tampa Fire Rescue and was with the Fire Dept. for 28 years. I was a Tampa Police Officer for two years prior to working for the Fire Dept. and transferred over. I worked for Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office for two years prior to my time with T.P.D. I have worked as a Firefighter, Fire Inspector, Fire Investigator, Assistant Fire Marshal and Fire Marshal during my time in the Fire Dept. I am currently an Associate Professor with the Emergency Administration/ Fire Science Programs.
