My technology education had its foundation with the U.S. Navy from 1971 until 2010. The Navy Submarine Force provided an educational experience in concepts of electronic communications, computer maintenance, and computer programming functions. From 1979 until 1990, I continued to develop my knowledge of electrical engineering and Computer Programming languages i.e. FORTRAN, Basic, Machine Language, and Pascal while working at General Telephone Electronic Corporation. In 2005, I received my Bachelors Information Technology – Computer Systems (Magna Cum Laude) and 2008 my Masters of Education – Instructional Technology, both from American InterContinental   University.
