Hello,

I am Dr. Maggie Vivoda. I am a native Floridian. I was born and raised in Miami, Florida and plan to remain in Florida for many, many years. I have been married for almost 27 years to a wonderful husband.

I have enjoyed working for St. Petersburg College for over 12 years, and I am always excited to greet a new group of incoming students.

Educationally, I hold the following degrees: AA, AS, BA, MBA and a Doctorate of Management. I was an online student for five years and understand the challenges and benefits to earning one's degree as an online student. I value education and believe that education is a stepping-stone to achieving one's dreams.

I was employed for many years as a Registered Dental Hygienist, a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and now as a college-level professor. I have a true passion for teaching, particularly online courses/

My interests include: stock investing, taking cruises, reading, and researching topics online. I enjoy working out, listening to music by any 80s group, and learning new things!
