Educational Philosophy:


My philosophy of education in relation to College students begins
with respect. I highly recognize the importance of respecting each
individual for their uniqueness and differences. I believe that
motivation is key for a class that will influence learning.
Motivation will capture the interest of each student, which fulfills
curiosity needs and infuses a yearning to learn. I also believe
in consistency and encouragement to increase high levels of self-
esteem. Combining these ingredients will support a nurturing, comfortable
atmosphere in which the greatest achievements will transpire.
