Hello!

My name is Diane Jenks, and I have been a nurse for the last 23 years. I graduated from North Iowa Area Community College with an ADN in 1993, St. Petersburg College in 2006 with my BSN (I was an online student--loved it!), and Western Governor's University in 2010 with my MSN in Nursing Education. 

I love being a nurse, and have worked the following areas: Med/Surg-Neuro, Labor and Delivery, Critical Care, Cardiac Cath Lab, Post transplant critical care, and Staff Education. I think that I've spent the last 23 years getting ready to do what I've always wanted--teach nursing!

I'm happily married, have two grown stepsons, two granddaughters under the age of 7, and a year old grandson.  In my spare time, I like to: travel, quilt, visit our cabin in Maine and take long walks in the dog park with my schnauzer boy--Petie pie!
