Larry Goldsmith is an adjunct instructor. Mr. Goldsmith teaches SLS 1101 [College Experience] and SLS 1301 [Career and Life Planning] online. Beyond St. Petersburg College, Goldsmith and his wife Lori operate a Workforce and HR Consulting business. Larry is a Career Development Specialist, Professional Résumé Writer, Job Search Coach and Entrepreneur. Larry is the author of Building the Looking-Glass Résumé and the Anatomy of a Job Fair. Larry Goldsmith earned his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Lawrence Institute of Technology and his Masters in Parks and Recreation from Central Michigan University.

The underlying goal of Mr. Goldsmith's courses is student completion leading to successful careers and employment opportunities. Students enrolled in my courses learn how to resolve problems, make decisions and arrive at informed decisions by learning how to distinguish between fact and opinion, uncover assumptions and make decisions based on sound logic and solid evidence. This ability will open doors to unique, wonderful and satisfying career and life experiences which will enhance success regardless of the college major or choice of occupational title.
