I have been in nursing for over 10 years, my specialty is Emergency Medicine, but I have worked in Specials, Med/Surg, Ortho/Neuro, and ER. I have also been the Stroke Coordinator, Total Hip and Knee replacement clinical lead, and Director of Education for a facility. I currently work for a quality improvement agency, my job is to review care for the standards set by the professional entities. I  just graduated with my DNP and FNP and will be starting a new job in November as an APRN in urgent care. On my days off I enjoy cycling.
