Yes, WITH 3 exceptions:
1) no test if you are serving active military duty
2) no test if you completed a GED
3) no test if you graduated from a Florida high school in regular non-ESOL classes WITH a “standard” high school diploma

NON-VISA STUDENT, RESIDENT of FLORIDA (Non-International)
Do ONLINE ADMISSION: http://www.spcollege.edu/apply/ (takes 10 to 15 minutes, asks for your new temporary password, requires payment of a $40 non-refundable application fee)
ONE YEAR IN-STATE FLORIDA RESIDENTS pay a MUCH LOWER TUITION. If you are a Florida resident, you can easily establish residency during the online application process to qualify for the lower, in-state tuition rate by providing valid ID numbers for two of the following documents, issued at least 12 months before the first day of your classes:
• Florida Driver’s License or Florida ID
• Florida Vehicle Registration
• Florida Voter’s Registration
If you are a dependent student (you are under 24), you will need to provide documents of a parent or legal guardian (or, provide documents indicating your independence.)
If you do NOT provide two above items in the online application, you will be classified at that time as a non-resident of Florida. You may LATER provide documentation for FLORIDA resident classification for tuition purposes by mail or in-person. All documentation for Florida resident status will be verified. Visit TARPON CAMPUS TO TEST. After the test, Rania or another Specialist will phone or email you to return to SPC about course placements. THEN RETURN to SPC to complete the registration process with any SPC Counselor/Advisor. After registering, submit payment (early to earn a $30 credit at SPC’s Campus Barnes & Noble bookstore!
PAYMENT details SUBMIT PAYMENT for Tuition and Fees
TWO WAYS to SUBMIT PAYMENT (choose one) Cautions: Students registered but who do not pay by the DUE DATE will lose their class seat & THEN MUST re-enroll and pay after a 72-hour waiting period. Also, if you have financial assistance (FAFSA), please visit FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE in ADMINISTRATION to ask about payments. 1) You may sign up for the Tuition Payment Plan (An Easier Way to Pay for College) https://www.spcollege.edu/paymentplan/ 2) You may pay all at once at the BUSINESS OFFICE. You will need your student number to pay by this method.
