Kiana Wilson is the founder and Managing Director of A Sharper U, a career development firm, where she works with and advises clients on incorporating effective career and leadership development practices for improved performance and workplace progression. She has over 10 years of combined experience in the areas of Business Operations, Training & Career Development and is the author of Too Sharp to Fail, a career development book for workplace professionals.

Kiana holds a Master in Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Human Resources. Additionally, she holds professional credentials in Finance and Project Management and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF).

Kiana has taught numerous business courses in the areas of: Human Resources, Management, Finance, Project Management and Leadership. As a self proclaimed learner for life, she approaches each course with the goal of enhancing the overall learning process by facilitating healthy dialogue and building relationships through mutual respect and understanding.

Kiana currently resides in the Tampa, FL area where she is an active member of her community. In her spare time she enjoys kicking back at the beach, shopping, traveling and playing with her dog.
