Dr. Williams has facilitated classes at Barry University in the department of Public Administration and at University of South Florida in the department of Adult Education. Additionally, she served as Lead Faculty/Area Chair in the department of Research and Statistics at University of Phoenix, and Professor of Statistics at Eckerd College. She has held many positions at St. Petersburg College including a Curriculum Designer/Facilitator in the office of Professional Development. Dr. Williams currently serves as the Associate Provost at the Midtown Campus.

She incorporates the 7 learning style modalities into the curriculum of every class to make sure every student has the best chance to successfully complete the class. Her classes are fun and entertaining!!

Her community/ volunteer activities include past Board Chair for CROP at SPC, R'Club board member, and  past Economic Development/Political Action chair for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., St. Petersburg Alumnae Chapter. Her professional associations include Association for Talent Development, and the Institute for Learning Styles Research.
