Allan Taylor was born in Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland, but he has spent his adult life living and working in the United States.

Allan is a Corporate Business Intelligence Specialist with successful record of accomplishment in cross-functional roles including Sales/Operations/Business Intelligence/Technical Support/Training and IT. Allan has experience working on multiple BI platforms including QlikView, MS, SAP Business Warehouse and IBM Cognos.

As a Business Analytics expert, Allan has extensive operational experience implementing sophisticated sales and inventory forecasting methodologies, as well as sales compensation and tracking models. Additionally, Allan has broad experience implementing cross-functional dashboard reporting in multiple organizations from the Fortune 100 to SMB.

Allans approach to business intelligence drives his team to explore possibilities and provide deep insight into underlying root cause and as such, he has extensive experience with process re-engineering.

As a strategic thinker, Allan is comfortable operating at C levels, but is more than capable of rolling up his sleeves and diving into the details when necessary. With broad management experience, Allan is a strong advocate of the Servant leadership approach.
