I graduated from The University of Tennessee's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2005.  I started teaching veterinary technicians in 2010 and have continued ever since.  I enjoy the "light-bulb" moments as this continues my passion for veterinary medicine.  Professionally, I enjoy geriatric medicine, rehabilitation/physical therapy, and surgery.  I love mentoring new veterinary technicians and veterinarains and helping to  build their confidence in their career.  Outside of work I love being outside- hiking and playing pickleball.
