My educational background includes an A.A. from SPC, a B.A. in Education at USF(1989) and an M.S.in Medical Sciences from the College of Medicine at USF (graduated Dec.2010); my teaching philosophy entails communicating my enjoyment of all sciences and helping my students see the interconnectedness and exquisite detail that makes up the beauty of the universe and every living creature in it.

I enjoy fishing, scuba diving, gardening, movies, chess and reading.
