After earning my BS in Management from SUNY Binghamton and my MBA from the University of Chicago, I began my career in brand management with Kraft and went on to lead several companies in sales, marketing and new business development. Prior to becoming a young retiree, I was on the executive team for Catalina Marketing (11 years) here in the Tampa area.
Since retiring in 2007, I've spent my time in a variety of areas including consulting, community service and writing/publishing (authored the bestselling book "Why didn't they teach me this in school? 99 personal money management principles to live by" http://whydidnttheyteachmethisinschool.com). Most importantly, I've spent time with my wife and 5 teenage children.
