Kiron Senapati, P.E.
Mr. Senapati has over 25 years of extensive engineering management, design and construction experience in areas of sustainability design, air pollution control, soil & groundwater remediation, drinking water, wastewater, and groundwater treatment in the Tampa Bay area. He has designed, and implemented several remediation systems for hazardous media such as soil, air, and groundwater for contaminated sites located in various parts of the United States. Being trained as an engineer and certified as a contractor, he has supervised project teams from start to completion of multiple projects; project inception, pilot testing, design/ specification, and field installation. Mr. Senapati has worked in a chemical production plant, performed preventive maintenance for a manufacturing plant, product development for an environmental equipment manufacturing company, and managed an United Nations project for groundwater arsenic remediation in India & Bangladesh during 2000-2001. He has directed business development, proposal preparation, engineering department budget management, supervision of engineering and technical staff, and management of health & safety programs.
Mr. Senapati has been teaching MAN3784 - Sustainability in the Natural Environment at the St. Petersburg College for the lat four years.
