Undergraduate degree (BA) in Political Science from the University of Dayton (Ohio) in 1970; 5 years in the US Army, with service in Germany, Vietnam and Ft. Bragg, NC; JD degree from Stetson Uvivesity College of Law in 1978.  Private Practice of Law in Seminole area from 1978 to current. Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer since 1991.  Active in local community - Mr. Seminole 2001; Past President of Chamber of Commerce; Rotary International District Governor, 2007. Pinellas County Juvenile Arbitration Program Hearing Officer; Sixth Judicial Circuit (Pasco & Pinellas Counties) General Magistrate for Foreclosures.

Married with 5 children and 9 grandchildren.  Member of Citizens Advisory Committee as the Seminole Campus was being evolved.
