As an adjunct professor at St. Petersburg College, I teach clinical rotations and am passionate about supporting nursing students as they transition into a professional RN practice. I believe in fostering both clinical excellence and personal resilience, and I strive to create a learning environment that is supportive, engaging, and rooted in real-world experience.
Outside of nursing, I teach fitness classes at a local gym, and I’m a strong advocate for holistic wellness. I integrate principles of fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine into my personal life and professional philosophy, encouraging future nurses to care for themselves as well as their patients, mind-body and spirit!
