Charles D. Radeline received his B.A., with honors, in political science from the University of Florida. He also received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Florida. Dr. Radeline is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He has worked as a trial attorney in the Tampa Bay area his entire career, and has a broad base of experience in civil litigation.
In 2004, Dr. Radeline authored a practitioner's manual for attorneys entitled Compulsory Medical Examinations In Florida.
Dr. Radeline is very much devoted to his students at St. Petersburg College. His educational philosophy is to blend real-world legal experience with textbook material, in order to allow his students to come away from the class with a more well-rounded experience. He also tends to focus on Florida law, so his students will be exposed to legal issues they may face in their personal or business matters. He views the online classroom as a facility for the exchange of information and ideas, as well as a place for students to learn sometimes complex subject matter in a way that is fun and easy. His youth and fresh, contemporary approach result in many students being pleasantly surprised at how much fun they had while studying business law.
Dr. Radeline is the managing partner of Radeline Law Firm, PLC in Palm Harbor, Florida. Radeline Law Firm is a full-service law firm, and the firm handles a large variety of legal matters including personal injury, business law, domestic relations, homeowners insurance litigation, civil litigation, and more.
