Through my professional experiences in education, I have developed an educational philosophy that challenges students to maximize their full academic potential, take responsibility of their academic career, and encourage & motivate students to continue forth on their academic journey.  The more confident a student becomes, the more confident the student feels about pursuing and/or continuing their academic career. This encourages educational growth, which leads to a higher chance of post-graduation success. As an educator, it is my job to understand my students, in order to properly teach, guide, and direct the students toward a successful academic path.
