My Bachelor's degree in Education  is from the State University of New York at Cortland in upstate New York.  My Master's degree in Counseling Psychology is from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, 1993.

I have been an adjunct instructor at St. Petersburg College for over 13 years and have enjoyed teaching General  Psychology, Stress Management, College Success  Skills, the Mentoring Experience and Career & Life Planning very much. I also have a Private Family Counseling practice in New Port Richey. I have authored one book, entitled  "Doing Your Best Under Stress." I have five grown children and three young grandchildren, whom I enjoy playing with when I am not working.
