Hello! My name is Patrick and I’m thrilled to be teaching at St. Petersburg College!

I’m a native Floridian and a proud “triple-Nole,” having earned my Bachelor’s in Political Science and Religion, my Master’s in Applied American Politics and Policy, and my JD—all from Florida State University. As a tech attorney, I specialize in commercial and transactional agreements, software, SaaS, AI and security; and  overall helping businesses navigate the digital landscape.

Outside of work, I’m an avid supporter of Tampa Bay’s craft beer scene, having worked at Tallahassee’s first brewery. When I’m not teaching or drafting contracts, you’ll find me at minor league baseball games in Pinellas with my wife and our rescue dog, Tater.

I’m thrilled to be instructing at SPC and can’t wait to share my passion for law, tech, and public policy - Go Titans!
