I was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida. I was admitted to the Florida Bar in November, 2020. Subsequent to my undergraduate career, in 2016, I graduated early with a Bachelor’s in English, Cum Laude, with a concentration in Women Literature and Black Literature from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. In addition to my B.A. in English, I also graduated with my Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, in 2020 from the illustrious Florida A&M University, College of Law (“FAMU”).

During my law school career, I worked as a legal intern with Deborah A. Cook, Law & Mediation and with FAMU’s Homelessness Legal Clinic, where I concentrated majorly on Family Law matters. Prior to graduating from law school, I also worked at Coye Law Firm as a law clerk, where I gained personal injury experience.

After graduating from law school, I began my official legal career as an attorney at a small Law office in St. Petersburg where I worked for three (3) years, as an associate attorney. I am currently at a new firm, whereas I still majorly practice Family Law. I work on various family law matters including but not limited to: Divorce, Custody, Paternity, Child Support, Modifications, Contempt and Enforcement, Temporary Custody by an Extended Family Member, Termination of Parental Rights and Stepparent Adoption, Simple Living Will and Testament etc.

I am dedicated to assisting families in resolving their family law matters in the most fair and equitable way possible and I am equally as dedicated to ensuring all of my students are adequately equipped and prepared on all things pertaining to Paralegal Studies.
