Jun ‘Thomas’ Ma earned his Master of Science in Computer Science from University of Maryland Eastern Shore and his MBA from Salisbury University in Maryland. He is an AP Computer Science Reader/Rater for Educational Testing Service (ETS). He taught six years at Shorecrest Preparatory School as a Math/Computer Science teacher and later served as the Math Department Chair at Admiral Farragut Academy before joining SPC as a faculty member at CCIT. He was one of the three 2014 recipients for Excellence in Math/Science Teacher Award by the Barrett Family Foundation. He is currently a Computer Science faculty at SPC Seminole. He teaches programming, networking, cybersecurity, and data science. He is also an active member of Curriculum and Instruction Committee.
