Ms. Libby Lyttle-Bryant, CVT, BASVT, CCRVT
I began as a kennel technician and veterinary assistant in 2009 as I was in a high school veterinary assisting program that allowed me to begin my veterinary career. Once I graduated, I advanced into a veterinary technician role clinically, while completing my associate's degree through our own College of Veterinary Technology in 2013 to go on and complete my boards in 2014. I completed by Bachelor's of Applied Science and associate's of general education degree in 2015. Within practice I have worked in emergency critical care, dermatology, surgery, and canine rehabilitation as well as private practice. I began teaching in the spring of 2022 to continue to mentor the up and coming technicians within our field. During my collegiate career I was awarded many scholarships for my dedication to veterinary medicine and graduated with many accolades. My goals are to empower my students to be amazing technicians out in the field and support their individual growth. Outside of working full time, and teaching as an adjunct professor, I spend time out with my competitive Golden Retrievers who have fun being true sporting dogs doing hunt tests, conformation, dock diving, barn hunt, obedience... you name it! I am an ever-growing imperfect human that advocates for mental health and leaving the world a little better than when I came into it. Please always feel free to reach out and ask any questions or have reassurance for any concerns. Best wishes and warmest regards.
