Dr. Lewis is an Adjunct Professor of Business in Saint Petersburg's College of Business.  His background encompasses over 20 years of experience in the Finance, Intelligence and Defense industries and as a professor in academia. Dr. Lewis specializes in organizational management, program management and intelligence operations.  Dr. lewis currently serves as a Senior Research Associate for the Joint Special Operations University located at US Special Operations Command in Tampa, FL. He previoudsly served as the Vice President for Global Program and Risk Operations at Citi in Tampa, FL.  Additionally, Dr. Lewis has held multiple positions in the Defense Industry, consulting senior military and congressional leaders and as a special operations intelligence officer specializing in counter-terrorism operations in the Indo-Pacific, Middle East and Africa.

Dr. Lewis earned his Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Florida's Warrington School of Business, where he conducted new research in organizational behavior, positional power in workplace relationships and perspective-taking in social distance theory. He earned a Master's of Science Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Aeronautics and received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University.  Dr. Lewis also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Dr. Lewis has been at Saint Petersburg College since 2018.
