With a strong foundation in nursing and healthcare, Savanna Lentz is a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care. Savanna earned her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Tampa and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Petersburg College, where she was recognized for academic excellence by the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society.

Savanna's professional journey began as a Registered Nurse specializing in labor and delivery at Morton Plant Hospital, where she provided quality care to patients during the intrapartum and postpartum periods. As a Nurse Practitioner, she has cultivated extensive experience in women's health, family planning, prenatal and postpartum care, developing expertise in patient assessments, medication management, and individualized care plans.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Savanna enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations, which enrich her perspective and adaptability. When not at work, she cherishes spending quality time with her three beloved dogs, finding joy in their companionship and the simple pleasures of life.
