Good day,

I am a career and academic advisor for HEC  and an adjunct instructor in the School of Business with a true passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.  After twenty years in Corporate America and venture capital,  am now engaged in education full time. With an MBA degree, Six Sigma black belt certification , I also hold a doctoral degree from Novasoutheastern University in Organizational Leadership. My instructional philosophy centers upon a practitioner approach where I firmly believe in the 360 degree learning concept- while I instruct the course, I have learned much from each and every student that I have had the pleasure to work with  Since taking classes at SPJC (then) during my  summers  home to Pinellas County while at Notre Dame, I truly enjoyed the atmosphere of collaborative learning, one that continues today.
