The keys to success in my class are to be on time and to come prepared.  My philosophy for teaching  is that each of us is responsible for our own learning and that the effort put in will be reflected directly by the grade earned.  The ability to write well comes from the willingness to be self-critical and to be willingness  to invest time and effort into the revision process.
