Professor Kelley has worked for St. Petersburg College since 2010. Born and raised in Western Massachusetts, she earned an Associate's degree in Visual Arts and Sciences at Holyoke Community College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Mathematics Education at St. Petersburg College and a Master of Science in Mathematics from Emporia State University.
Professor Kelley believes it is important to maintain an inclusive, caring, and positive academic environment in the classroom, where students feel confident pursuing their educational goals. She enjoys finding creative ways to demonstrate that mathematics is both interesting and accessible.
Outside of SPC, Professor Kelley can be found spending time with her husband and three daughters. Her hobbies include reading, painting, and maintaining her YouTube math channel.
