There is no point in teaching uninterested students! So, the main aim of a good teacher is to stimulate the interest of his/her students in what he/she teaches. Through dedication, attention to each and every student, and hard work, and devotion, the main goals of each class are reached. This philosophy has been my way throughout my long undergraduate and graduate teaching career.
The complexity and diversity encountered nowadays in studying basic sciences such as Math, Physics, etc.,is caused primarily due to neglecting the importance of learning the basic principles of such subjects. It is utterly important to develop more student skills and
tricks. This necessitates more teacher time for such classes and more teacher involvement with students. Acquiring more student skills and communications of such knowledge and experience to other students will help appreciating the value of such studies and the potential
application of such knowledge. I adopt the philosophy of providing favorable environment to encourage mystudents to explore more ways of solving the problems and visualize the ideas embedded within each concept.
