I am a DNP graduate of Case Western Reserve University. My clinical experience includes ER, CCU, ICU, PCU, Cath lab and PACU.
 

My research interest includes treatment modalities and clinical management of Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. My youngest daughter was diagnosed with JRA/JIA at the age of 16 months.

I worked as a speciality account manager for a major pharmaceutical company for several years before going in to teaching.
 

I have three children and spend as much time as I can cycling and participating in ultracycling events/races throughout the country. I partnered with the Arthritis Foundation in 2012 and raced in a 4 person team in the Race Across America (raceacrossamerica.org) covering 3000 miles in 6 days and 12 hrs to support research for kids with arthritis. I plan to race the 3000 miles solo in 2013.
