Mr. Michael Gillham, MSIR

Michael Gillham received his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Henderson State University in Arkansas and his Master of Science in International Relations degree from Troy University. Currently, he works as a curriculum developer for a Department of Defense contractor at MacDill AFB in Tampa. Prior to his retirement from the U.S. Army Reserve, Mr. Gillham was an adjunct instructor for the Army Command and General Staff College, teaching organizational leadership to Reserve and National Guard officers. He has worked for the Department of Defense in Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe in planning, strategy and policy and is a recipient of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Joint Civilian Service Commendation Award for his work as a Civil-Military strategist and planner. Mr. Gillham's research interests include political philosophy, strategic thinking and design. He has a working knowledge of French.
