Ms. Frazier is an Instructor in the Health Services Administration Program teaching lower and upper level courses. Brittney is the Director of Leadership, DEI, and Capacity Initiatives at Allegany Franciscan Ministries. A member of Trinity Health, Allegany is a health conversion foundation providing financial, social, and human capital to nonprofits in Florida. 

Ms. Frazier has received a Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, an MHA from the University of Central Florida, and two graduate certificates in Public Health and Clinical Aging Sciences from the University of South Florida.

Ms. Frazier has always been passionate about teaching and educating others. Her Teaching Philosophy is derived from the African Proverb, "Each One, Teach One." Your gifts, talents, blessings, accomplishments, successes, and failures are to be shared with others.
