I am a dedicated professor, school principal, and life coach commited to empowering individuals and organizations through ethical leadership, strategic growth, and personal development. With a background in education, instructional leadership, ethics, and policy implementation, I have spent my career shaping organizations, fostering inclusive leadership, and driving meaningful change.
I earned a BA in Education from the University of South Florida, both a Masters in Educational Leadership and a Masters Business Administration from National-Louis University, and a PhD in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University.
I am a proud mother of three talented children and four beautiful grandchildren who keep my heart full and my days lively!
