Mrs. Julie Emerson, M.S., M.S.
After growing up in Dunedin, FL, I started atttending the University of Florida at the age of 16. Four years later, I graduated with a B.S. with high honors in Chemistry. I then started graduate school at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. Four years later, I had obtained two M.S. degrees (one in Chemistry and the other in Environmental Health) and had began working in Environmental Consulting in Tampa, FL. Always hoping to teach, I started teaching as an adjunct professor here at SPC (then SPJC) in 2001. I am now an Associate Professor on the Tarpon Springs campus where I teach CHM 1025, CHM 2045 and CHM 2046 lecture and labs.
