Dr. Robin’s professional career background began in the U.S. Army during the Gulf War. Over the last 32 years, she has worked with some large defense contractors in support of military and government programs, such as Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and currently, General Dynamics. Robin has also worked with many firms in the private sector, such as American Express, Citi-Bank/Group, and Accenture. Robin has held positions as a trainer, instructor, manager, analyst, director, and professor; her teaching focuses on project management and risk management, process improvement, and strategy. Currently, she owns and operates a Professional Management Services Consulting firm that specializes in Government Contracting and Compliance. 

Robin’s educational background began with programming and database administration & development. She earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Technology Management, a Master of Science degree in Management of Acquisition and Contracts, and a Ph.D. in IT Management focused on the strategic aspects of software technology acquisitions.
